As a dropshipping business, we ship products directly from our suppliers and manufacturers located in various countries (primarily [e.g., China, USA, etc.]). Delivery times may vary based on your location and the product ordered.

These are general estimates and do not account for delays due to customs, weather, or high order volume.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer shipping depending on your order value and shipping destination. Any additional customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders come with tracking numbers. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–4 business days for the tracking information to update.
Note: Some items may be shipped separately in multiple packages due to warehouse locations or item availability.
5. Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or natural events. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
